What is your return policy?
When you shop at www.hayush.at you always have 14 days to return your order from the time you received the product. Unfortunately you can not change your product.
If you want to change to another item, you must place a new order. If you want to make a return, contact us at support@hayush.at to get your return label. The customer is responsible for the return fee.
How long is the delivery time?
To save resources, we create our lamps on demand. The production time can take up to 7 days, depending on the product.
The typical duration for shipping are as follows:
- Austria: 1-2 business days
- Europe: 2-5 business days
- Switzerland, United Kingdom, North America: 5-7 business days
- Rest of the world: 5-10 business days
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we accept PayPal, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay), Klarna and eps transfer.
How do I change the light bulb?
1. Remove the cover: Push the cover towards one side and then lift it upwards.
2. Install the bulb: Unscrew the bulb and install the new one
3. Assemble the cover: Press the cover against the edges of the lamp body until it locks in.
What kind of light bulb fits my lamp?
Woven Rujum lamps should only be used with LED light sources with E14 base.
What do I do if my lamp has a defect?
According to Austrian law, consumers are entitled to return a defective lamp within two years of delivery. Defects are faults that were already present at the time of delivery, for example due to how the lamp was manufactured. They do not include ordinary wear and tear or the natural aging of the product.
hayush e.U. reserves the right to remedy any defect as a first step. If repair is not possible, we will provide a replacement product. Should neither option be feasible, we will issue a refund.
